SHIPPING POLICY
We ship our products offered for sale to all 50 U.S. states. Some products also ship worldwide. In most cases orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours of receiving cleared payment, excluding weekends and holidays. We normally only ship with in the United States and to Canada. Other international orders may be accepted on a case by case basis. Orders are shipped via USPS first class mail and knives sent to Canada will be shipped via USPS first class international, unless otherwise stated. U.S. buyers who order two knives or more will have shipping upgraded to 2 to 3 day Priority mail. Once item has been shipped, under normal circumstances packages for U.S. bound orders should arrive with in 3 to 7 business days of order date and shipments to Canada may take as long as 25 business days to arrive, depending on customs processing, which is beyond our control. For orders needing to arrive sooner please contact us before placing order for availability and / or additional shipping charges. Some products we sell may not be allowed or have strict regulations in your particular city, state or country. Buyer is responsible to comply with all local, state, federal & international laws, prior to ordering. International customers are responsible for all taxes imposed by customs, if any.
RETURNS
Customers may return items purchased from us for a full cash refund of purchase price within 7 business days of received date and 25 days for international customers. Return shipping costs excluded. Item must be returned in same unused condition as received with all original packaging. Prior to sending in a returned item, customs needs to contact us for a returned item confirmation number, No returns accepted without number and will be marked return to sender.

Customer can make payment securely with Paypal by way of eCheck, debit card or with any major credit card through PayPal merchant processing system. We also except U.S. Postal Service & Western Union money orders ONLY. Personal checks from U.S. customers ONLY also accepted. A money order from elsewhere will not be accepted and marked return to sender. Due to counterfeiting and fraud attempts, We also do NOT accept cashier's checks and other types of money orders, other then the types listed above, nor do we accept requests for bank to bank transfers. Buyers price is locked upon order with sale prices or price increases subject to change without notice and sales may be canceled at any time.

All buyers must be 18 years of age or older to place an order for spring assisted, folding & throwing knives. Buyers must be 21 years of age to purchase an automatic knife ( other restrictions may apply for automatics ).

Legal status of products It is the responsibility of the buyer, not the seller, to ascertain, and obey, all applicable local, state, federal and international laws in regard to the possession, and use, of any item purchased from Cascadia Knife Company. All equipment is sold subject to public law 90-351, title III, U.S.D., Section 2511, and any local, state or federal ordinances. Consult your local and state laws before ordering if you are in doubt. Absolutely no sales to minors. By placing an order, the buyer represents that the products ordered will be used in a lawful manner and that the he/she is of legal age. Cascadia Knife Company will not be held liable for the misuse of any product purchased from us or any of our distributors & dealers. Also as no product is 100% effective against attack, Cascadia Knife Company assumes no responsibility if a product purchased from us is not effective in preventing bodily injury, dismemberment or death. Anyone attempting to falsify information or defraud our company in any way, will be turned over to the proper authorities. Any attempts at extortion or entrapment will also be met with swift legal action!
